Hey. I just wanted to ask how to do this. I have a few “beauty marks” across my shoulders, each about the size of a pencil eraser. I heard somewhere that if you could somehow make one into a scab, it would eventually fall off. Can this be done with any proper technique to minimize the chance of scaring? Thanks.

What is being discussed is health care coverage, not health care. That is, the way health care is paid for.

However, I am unaware of any groups for a person who is self employed as an expeditor–a person who works in the urban planning field filing cases. He pays a exhoribant monthy premium for his health insurance.
