How do you get rid of a beauty mark without using surgery?

I got one beauty mark under my nose, and one under my chin. They’re aligned.
I don’t want to get it removed by surgery. Any ideas? :)

The roots but it might come back since its not removed from the roots but there is chance that it temporarily removes it temporarily removes it for like year or so believe.
